Pink gingham peasant blouse

Well good morning to you all. Pictured above is a peasant blouse with my own creation, the ice cream cone appliqué. This blouse is McCall's 6313. That versatile pattern includes a blouse, dress, peasant blouse, and leg ruffle pieces. My take on the peasant blouse was just a way to make this one not look like others. The fabric is 100% cotton in a micro-checked gingham in pink and white. The darling little denim cargo shorts were store-bought. I just added the little pink ribbons to each pocket flap.

Here is the matching head band for the ice cream applique peasant blouse. This outfit is very summery, isn't it? My granddaughter loves ice cream. The added applique on this pullover blouse pattern earns it a pattern difficulty rating of:

Fairly Easy
