This is Simplicity 1174, and it has several options. What a couture-looking pattern. The dropped-waist skirt portion has two inverted pleats and two little bows. The back fastener is a zipper. Simple, yet adorable. 'Will definitely be using this pattern again, maybe next time the option with a sleeve. Overall, this pattern was quick to construct. First accessory option is a mock straw hat. It was purchased with a rather wimpy bow, so I hot-glued some flowers and a butterfly in place of that.
