♥ Happy Birthday to us! ♥

Oh my, today's our day. Janice, my twin sister, and I are 48 today. 'Cannot believe another year has slipped upon us! I will be calling Janice after lunchtime. We have always been close, and that twin-bond is really something special. Some people claim that twins have an exclusive telepathic bond... Well, I don't know about that but I do know that we have always been close.

On a side note, y'all may notice that I still announce giveaways on this blog's left sidebar. Due to the fact that I have actually won 5 recently and have been able to offer only 1 giveaway recently myself, I will not be entering any more giveaways until I can offer some myself. I will keep announcing them though. It just wouldn't be fair of me to keep winning when I have been able to offer only 1 giveaway myself recently. I want to "play fairly", as no one thinks well of someone who is always a "receiver" but never a "giver".

Christmas apron

This is the apron I made for Mother for Christmas. We didn't have much money to spend on gifts, but it's the thought that really counts anyway. This apron is fully lined and has a front left-side pocket. I didn't get any pictures of the other family members opening their gifts, as I was feeling really bad with that tooth ache. Mother really likes the apron. Also, Happy Birthday to my niece Mary today. She is now 28 years old, and expecting her first baby in April. Happy birthday wishes to Mary!
