Voting for Pantone® 2018 is open!
Good morning everyone. Every year, there is a Pantone® Color of the Year chosen. This year, that color is Ultra Violet. No Hats in the House Blog and Bryan House Quilts Blog sponsor a quilt challenge and contest. Judges will choose the winners from three categories, and fans will vote for the Viewer's Choice. My quilt, pictured above, is in the Quilts category, link #1. My pillow cover is in the Mini Quilts category, link #2. Photo is on my Flickr page. Please visit and vote for my quilt and/or pillow cover.
There is a little grey heart in the upper right corner of every link's photo. Selecting one will turn it red, signifying that a vote was made. Voting is open through the 16th May. Regardless of whether you vote for either of mine, thank you all for following this blog and for all of the nice comments. You all are truly appreciated very much. Prim quilting blessings.

Cross-Plus blocks for charity
Good morning to all. enjoying the cooler temps this morning in Alabama. For the next couple of months, Kat at Covered in Love is taking a break from her charity block drives in order to get some of the quilts finished. She has asked that we sew blocks for: Briawna of Purple Poppy Quilts. The block pattern is called Cross-Plus, and it is quite simple to sew. Pictured above are the three blocks that I have sewn. If you want to read more about Briawna's charity work, she explains it all on her blog. The block pattern instructions are also there. Prim quilting blessings.
