*My wreath for 2013*

Hello friends. This is my Christmas wreath for 2013. Yes, it is store-bought. However, I did add a prim touch to it with a burgundy plaid homespun bow added to its top. Sometimes simple is OK, right? I have always loved wreaths, and door-decorating. When my twin sister and I were young, our parents would "wrap" the front door in red or green Christmas paper as a backdrop for the door wreath. Aren't childhood holiday memories just so precious? Today is officially the beginning of the Winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. 'Looking forward to the upcoming holidays. This year, we will be having ours at my twin sister's house. Are you all decorated and ready for the fun festivities?

Hi Danice,
Love looking at all your fabulous decorations. Your wreath and mantel at wonderful.
Thank you for the sweet card. I completely forgot to send any this year--how bad is that?!?
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Enjoy,

I think your wreath is pretty. I had a lighted wreath but when I went to put it out this year it was dead. It will be a good thing to look for after Christmas. The bow makes it perfect!
Be blessed,
Cindi

Pretty wreath Danice! I put up one outdoors on the house with colored lights. I'm still waiting on 2 gifts to be delivered and can finish up the wrapping. Baking is done, only made 2 different kinds of cookies this year, with the help of the grandkids. Merry Christmas!
