Hooray for NCAA football!

Soon the new season of NCAA football will begin. Pictured above is an Alabama Roll Tide® pillowcase dress for my granddaughter. This was my first time to sew with the block logos style fabric, and I am well pleased with the outcome. The dress' lower band and shoulder tie are sewn from the official black and white houndstooth print fabric. Most of the family roots for Alabama, but I am an Ole Miss® fan (it is my alma mater, after all). Are you an NCAA fan? To see this dress' matching hair bow, follow the link below my signature.
Here is the black and white houndstooth hair bow for the Alabama pillowcase dress. The center is made of the same block logos style fabric as the dress. One great thing about pillowcase dresses is that when they become too short, they can be paired with leggings or other bottoms and worn as blouses. Do you have a favorite NCAA team? Prim Summer blessings.
