Spring Tidings Swap 2015

Hello friends. Recently I participated in the Spring Tidings Swap at Bumblebee Lane Cottage. My partner was Michelle of: Simple Pleasures Blog. Pictured above are the wonderful items that she sent to me: an 8X10 framed black rabbit on canvas, an Amish book full of whimsical Pennsylvania Dutch expressions and terminology, a cute book marker, a cross-stitched "Welcome" house with red hearts in a circular frame, a rusty tin can with a battery light candle and aged sheet music What A Friend, a little chocolate felt bunny inside a craft paper box, a burlap pocket with a black felt key decoration and full of red flowers, a navy checked homespun pillow with a cute blue bird applique, a small woven frame with a Springtime graphic inside, a patriotic heart-shaped craft box full of mug coasters, a ceramic blue bird, a ceramic white bunny, a word art wood plaque with the letters "Spring", a wood heart-shaped bowl full of painted white and pink Easter eggs, and a pack of chalkboard-looking word art stickers. Wow! All such great items. Sending many thanks to you Michelle. I absolutely love everything that you sent. 'Want to see what I sent to Michelle? Check out her blog and also follow the link below my signature.
Here are the items that I sent to my partner in the Spring Tidings Swap: a quilted mug rug with a garden basket design, an Amish-style aged stump doll, a cow pull toy decoration, a 5X7 framed sewing rabbit cross-stitchery, a pillow tuck with a painted long-hair Chihuahua image, a star pin keep, and 2 packs of garden vegetable seeds. Pictured alone is a close-up detail of the mug rug, and also alone is an osnaburg mother rabbit holding her baby in a quilt. Now it's time to give proper design credits. The mug rug design is from: Wendy Whellum at Legend and Lace.com , the sewing rabbit cross-stitchery chart is from: Patrick's Woods.com, and the long-hair Chihuahua image is from: Linen Workshop at Etsy. 'Sorry for all the images, but couldn't get it all in just one photo, lol. Sending many thanks to our Swap hostess, Amy of: Bumblebee Lane Cottage. Be sure to go visit and follow her fun blog. Sending prim Spring blessings to you all.

  1. That cow you made is just adorable. The spring scrabble plaque is neat. I've been saving a bunch of the vintage letters but never get around to making anything with them. I'll have to dig them out. Warm Blessings!~♥Amy

  2. I'd say you BOTH got awesome swaps!! Love it all.

  3. What great treasures. I love Michelle, she is one of my BFFs and is so creative. I know she was thrilled with what you sent her as well, so personal and thoughtful to!

  4. Great swap goodies Danice! Now lets bring on spring!
