Kelsey's new shoes!

Good morning everyone. Yes, Kelsey now has a pair of vinyl loafers. They are made from a pattern by Miche Designs on Etsy. The vinyl was on sale, and 1/4 yard is enough to make several doll shoes and belts. I admit that the first shoe was far from good looking, lol. So, it was used as a mock-up. This is much harder to do than it looks. Kelsey is also wearing a new purple corduroy jumper and knit turtleneck. Today the weather is cool, so this outfit is a good choice. To see a close up of Kelsey's new shoes, please continue reading.

Here is a close up photo of Kelsey's new vinyl loafers. They are a dark brown color. Don't you just love the little fringe flaps on the tops? Miche Designs has several doll shoe patterns that I definitely want in the future. Have you ever made doll shoes?

Oh my - Kelsey's shoes are just too cute. I think some of my dolls want me to make some - hmmmm, we'll see. Love the new corduroy jumper and shirt are just the thing for a cool spring/late winter day. I will have to go and look at the patterns for sure.

Wow! Those are adorable and I know they must have been a challenge to make. I made the little slippers my dolls have on today but they were easy. lol I love Kelsey's cute outfit too. I hope you feel good this week and have FUN with your new dollie! Hugs, Diane
