It's that time of year again: Homespun Hannah's Holidays Giveaway. For this year the gifts are: a 10 1/2" Penguin Pal (pattern by: Cindy Martin@Country-Friends.net), a 12 1/2" square table topper (pattern by Lynette Jensen in her book Thimbleberries® Big Book of Quilt Blocks), a punched tin can with a battery operated tea candle inside, and a little wood "Winter" hanging sign sprinkled with "snowflakes". What I love most about the holidays... I love how it feels different than any other time of year. For me that starts on Thanksgiving Day until the New Year. I can't explain the feeling, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels it!
