Cards for Safelight Project

Please be sure to check-out Carole's post at: From My Carolina Home. She is collecting cards and some other items for a women's shelter called Safelight Project. It is a worthy cause that I am proud to help again. Pictured above are the three cards that I have already mailed. There will also be some prizes awarded at random to some of the participants. Carole's blog contains all of the details. The cards and other gifts need to be mailed by 25th April. Prim blessings.

Love them. I sponsored two bags....love to help Carole too. Many hands make for light work.

Thanks Val. I hope to make some bags the next time around.

Your cards are lovely. I really like the deckled Edge on the bottom! That is a neat detail. I need to get my cards in the mail today!

Thank you Heidi. That edging was done with inexpensive craft scissors. They make them in various cut styles.
