The Splendid Sampler 2™: completed quilt

Here is my completed:The Splendid Sampler 2™ quilt. This was a fun QAL that is actually still in progress (the current blocks are not free, though, like these were). Learning how to make all of these blocks was a treat. After joining in the first Splendid Sampler™ QAL, I just had to do this one as well. Thank you Pat and Jane for your wonderful blogs! Now for this quilt's stats:

♦finished size: 31" X 37"

♦fabrics: 100% cottons, from my stash

♦backing: scrappy pieced from top front fabrics

♦binding: solid lilac, done by machine and hand

♦batting: Warm N' Natural© 100% Cotton

♦machine quilting: walking foot horizontal lines

Adorable and I love how the machine quilting-nice and simple to show off the blocks.

Great sampler! The 6 inch blocks are all great designs and they go well together in your quilt.

The blocks look so good together even though they are quite different. It's interesting how that works out isn't it.

Thank you all. It is quite scrappy, but that is a good thing, right?
