Jelly Roll Waves: finished quilt

Finally finished my Jelly Roll Waves quilt. After Janice passed away, I just did not have the heart to sew or quilt for many weeks. Getting back in the groove now, slowly but surely. This was a really fun quilt-along, featuring a very nice pattern that includes multiple sizes. Even though it appears larger, this is the 40" square baby size. It was a perfect pattern to include a lot of green- my favorite color. Thank you Myra of Busy Hands Quilts Blog for another awesome quilt along. Calling this one Pickle Waves, because that just seems like a cute name. Here are this quilt's stats:

♦ dimensions: 40" square

♦ fabrics: various 100% cotton fabrics and a jelly roll, from my stash

♦ backing: pieced- grey with grey tonal print, and green and navy jelly roll strips

♦ batting: Quilter's Dream Wool™ (won from Hands 2 Help 2019 Challenge!)

♦ quilting: machine-stitched with walking foot, uneven cross-hatch

♦ binding: solid grey, sewn by machine and hand
