This quilt top is from the Autumn Jubilee 2018, hosted by Carole of From My Carolina Home Blog. 'About time to get it all quilted and binded. That is the goal for October. I chose to go a combination of traditional and modern-colored Pumpkins and a black tonal background. Only one Nine Patch Star in the center. See my hand-basting thread? This method works best for me to keep the "quilt sandwich" held together and straight for quilting. Hoping to meet the goal!
♦ dimensions: 44" square
♦ fabrics: assorted cottons from my stash
♦ backing: pieced- black tonal with orange scraps from the front
♦ batting: Warm N' Natural©

The square that appears as a lined sheet of paper brings to mind a place to enter names or embroidery initials.
Love the colors. Good luck. Janice
Great idea. It is actually a white pumpkin, sewn of several white on white prints.
Thank you Janice. Soon you all will see the completed quilt.
Good luck with your goal. I'm interested in seeing all the pumpkins when you get it done.
