Tara Reed. The collection is designed by Tara, and manufactured by Riley Blake Designs. There are six panels, and they feature farm sayings and animals. Be sure to check back soon to see what I create with them. They are meant to be place mats, and Tara offers suggestions and instructions for making them into other items as well.
