Nine Patch doll quilt: completed

This cute pattern is by Kathleen Tracy of: Country Lane Quilts, titled Nine Patch Doll Quilt from April 2012. This is actually the 2nd little quilt that I have made from this pattern. I've seen some really cute antique doll cradles displaying reproduction or antique doll quilts. They are so cute! Hoping someday to own one myself. Please continue reading for this doll quilt's stats, and for comments.

Kathleen has a Facebook group, and we are challenged to complete one of her patterns every month. Stress-free, just encouragement to finish some doll quilts. The challenges are also a great way to use up some reproduction fabric stash. This is my October finish. On with the stats:

♦ dimensions: 17.50" X 24.50"

♦ fabrics: 100% cotton 19th century-looking fabrics, mostly from my stash

♦ backing: 100% cotton brown leaves print

♦ batting: Warm N' Natural©

♦ quilting: machine-stitched walking foot diamond paattern

♦ binding: 100% cotton fabric, brown leaves print, machine and hand-stitched

♥ Completed WIP/UFO quilts in 2024: 8 ♥

Blessings, Danice G.
