Simplicity 2484: purple corduroy jumper

Pictured above is a 100% cotton widewale corduroy jumper for my darling granddaughter. 'Remember that stack of corduroy from a 2014 Thrifty Thursday? This is some of that fabric, in a muted shade of purple. The front zipper is decorated with a little silver-toned heart pull. There are two rounded patch pockets that are top stitched. This pattern is Simplicity 2484, and reminds me a lot of the 1960's fashions. The jumper's neckline and armscye (arm holes) are faced with seam binding. The headband is reversible. This awesome pattern earns a pattern difficulty rating of:
