Hoping this post is finding you all well and happy. This past autumn, I made the romper pictured above for some friends' little boy. It is made of 100% cotton corduroy in a shade of dark grey. The inseam has snaps for ease of dressing the baby. The front has cute little pleats. The little shirt is cotton fabric featuring a Winnie the Pooh© print. The shirt is supposed to be a mock; sleeves and collar attached to the romper. I was afraid the dark grey may fade on the white, so made the shirt a separate piece. This pattern is very cute, and has a girls' pattern as well, plus two hat patterns. I had made the
girls' dress for this little boy's sister a few years ago. This pattern's former number was 4243. The fastener is a back zipper on the romper, and the neckline and armzyche are bias tape trimmed. The pattern difficulty rating will be as before:
Fairly Easy

Sweet outfit and love corduroy! You are an accomplished seamstress Danice.
How cute, well done. Any one would be glad to receive this for their son or Grandson.
Looks like a little heirloom outfit to me. I'm with you about color transfer. Good idea to separate the items, and little people do get their clothes dirty.
Thank you all. It was a pleasure to sew for such a nice family.
