Sajou Quilt-Along

Recently I participated in the fun Sajou quilt-along hosted by Lori of Humble Quilts Blog. As always, it was so much fun. Thanks Lori! I went with a red. burgundy, cream and grey colorway. 'Had some trouble with the outer border, but they say practice makes perfect. Maybe some day. Here are my little quilt's stats:

♦finished size: 21" square

♦fabrics: 100% cottons from my Civil War era reproduction stash; some by French General and some by Barbara Brackman

♦backing: white with red floral print

♦binding: burgundy floral, done by machine and hand

♦batting: Hobbs Heirloom® Natural 100% Cotton

♦machine quilting: all-over meandering

♥ Completed WIP quilts in 2018: 16 ♥
