Sajou Quilt-Along

Recently I participated in the fun Sajou quilt-along hosted by Lori of Humble Quilts Blog. As always, it was so much fun. Thanks Lori! Please continue reading for this quilt's stats, and for comments.

I went with a red, burgundy, cream and grey colorway. 'Had some trouble with the outer border, but they say practice makes perfect. Maybe some day. Verp pleased with the outcome of this little quilt. Here are my little quilt's stats:

♦finished size: 21" square

♦fabrics: 100% cottons from my Civil War era reproduction stash; some by French General and some by Barbara Brackman

♦backing: white with red floral print

♦binding: burgundy floral, done by machine and hand

♦batting: Hobbs Heirloom® Natural 100% Cotton

♦machine quilting: all-over meandering

♥ Completed WIP quilts in 2018: 16 ♥

Your quilt looks great! I had trouble with those triangles around the edge when I made mine also!
