Welcome Spring quilt top

Good morning friends. This little quilt top is from the Welcome Spring quilt along going on over at: Heartspun Quilts. This pattern is wonderful for stash busting those reproduction Civil War Era fabrics. 'Still "auditioning" backing fabrics and am going to swap-out a couple of the squares for other color fabrics. It just bothers me if two fabrics alike or similiar are close to each other in the layout. Does that bother you? 'Will be finishing this one as soon as possible. The background is muslin, and deciding whether to age it. Would you, or not? It is not too late to join in on this fun event. Today is perfect sewing weather, as it has been raining a lot.
