This is a
bleached muslin under dress. Under dresses were worn for warmth and modesty. This one features white cluny lace with a slate blue gros grain ribbon through the middle. It has a gathered skirt attached to a high yoke and a three-button back.

Love this one too... looks so fresh and crisp... I know it is an underdress but it looks great as a dress too.
